2020 Vincent Couche Bourgogne Blanc 'Terre de Molesme' Burgundy, France Gunderloch The vermut ages in 100%From biodynamically farmed Chardonnay vines in Molesme, just east of Chablis, on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Vinified with native yeasts and aged for 24 months in a combination of amphorae and neutral oak barrels. The 2020 vintage offers a complex profile with oxidative notes and crisp orchard fruit. A distinctive expression of northern Burgundy terroir.
