Vineyard: From the Finca A Graa in Sanxenxo: a single organically farmed parcel of 15 35 year old vines on shallow sand soils over granodiorite bedrock. The site always yields wines of great intensity. Vinification: Method The hand harvested grapes were gently pressed in a pneumatic press without destemming into used Chestnut barrel (75%) and stainless steel tank (25%). The wine
