Colombard drawn from the Ricetti Vineyard in the Redwood Valley; Chardonnay from the Siletto Vineyard in San Benito County; both vineyards are farmed organically and dry farmed. Colombard harvested in October, rather late given that 23 was a very cool and slow growing seasonlow ripeness, high acidity.
