From grinding to mixing, recipes and proportions, to casings, youll learn, and then do it all yourself! And, youll go home with your creationsapproximately 2 lbs. of pork sausage and 1 lbs. of merguez sausage! Inform The Local Butcher Shop of all food allergies two week prior to class.
