These ball valves attach to any standard 1 4 in. refrigerant hose. The heavy duty ball valves trap refrigerant in the hose preventing finger burns and venting. A space between system connection and valve enables use on hard to reach access valves. All Imperial PolarShield charging hoses are UL recognized and meet requirements for strength, pressure and refrigerant
