Deutz Champagne Brut Rose NV SPS21 from crudo and sushi toDeutz builds its non vintage rose mostly from Pinot Noir, with a splash of Chardonnay and a generous dose of still red wine blended in for color and grip. That gives it a full bodied, red berry driven character, more dinner companion than aperitif afterthought.
