2021 Mixtura Blanco, Galicia, Spain Liguria 2019 Domaine Belluard Le FeuRibeiro (Bern, Condado do Tea) and Melgao (Prado, Alvaredo, and Penso) Grapes: Treixadura Albario Vine Age: 40+ years old Soil: Sbrego (decomposed granite and sand) Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in large format Stockinger foudres without temperature control Aging: 12 months in the same barrels on the lees. Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous. The wine is then racked into Italian Nico Velo ceramic eggs for 12 months.
