2022 Domaine du Gringet, La Bergerie Ayze Blanc, Savoie, France Florez Winemaking is reductive with veryFrom the south facing foothill terroirs of Le Pr Milleret and Chez Reydet, this is the only blended cuve released by the winery in their first vintage. Gentle, slow cycle pressing which lasted seven hours using an horizontal pneumatic press. Pressing is followed by a 24 hour settling where the must is deliberately allowed to be in contact with oxygen.
