Adapted from the wonderful tradition of Mezuzah and Mezuzah covers, in which a blessing is placed on each doorpost and gate of a home. While the traditional Jewish Mezuzah requires a small parchment inscribed with specific prayers, our piece serves as a reminder of our many blessings and have a space to keep a prayer scroll or special note in the back if desired
