Emmanuel Rouget Bourgogne Rouge 2023 CRUSEBUB Elegant and preciseEmmanuel Rouget learned his craft from his uncle Henri Jayer the most revered name in modern Burgundy and took over the master's vines and methods upon Jayer's retirement. Even the entry level Bourgogne Rouge benefits from that DNA: rigorous farming, low yields, gentle vinification, and aging in barrel (around one year old). Sourced from parcels near Vosne Romane and Flagey chezeaux, this is regional Pinot with a clear, perfumed Vosne accent. As pure
