2023 Presqu'ile Winery Chardonnay, Santa Barbara County, USA Leon Circle Alcohol: 12Estate grown fruit from Santa Maria and neighboring sites, fermented with native yeast and aged in mostly neutral French and Austrian oak before a stint in stainless. No tricksjust a clean, coastal Chardonnay built on tension and restraint.
