Philipponnat Blanc de Noirs Champagne 2019 Trinity County Perfumed aromas of white peachesIts colour is an intense gold with a few pink highlights typical of the Pinot Noir grape variety. On the nose, the first aromas are of floral notes of violet and acacia blossom. A second, more open and expressive nose brings fruity notes of apricot, strawberry and morello cherry. On the palate, the attack is full and delicious, with notes of wild berries. The finish is fresh and elegant, with hints of spice, aniseed and liquorice.
