The recipe is simple: Noir de Bourgogne black currants macerated for two months in neutral French alcohol, then blended with sugar. No artificial dyes, no additivesthe deep purple black color is entirely natural. In 2018, Briottet received the prestigious 'Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant'
