2018 Francois Rousset-Martin Cotes du Jura 'Memee Marie - Meme Marie', France Cantina Togliana Rarissime wild wine that only40 year old Chardonnay and Savagnin vines growing in the town of Lavigny on gray and white marl soils, this bottling is named after Francois grandmother. This wine is a delicate and graceful hybrid of winemaking styles in the Jura. A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Savagnin, where the Savagnin is not topped off and ages sous voile for 3 months before blending with the Chardonnay in stainless steel tank, where comes together for 11 months.
