Paul Gosset 'Des Jours et des Muids' Brut Nature, Champagne, France (2021) Lightwell Survey fermented in Georgian amphorae buriedMainly Pinot Noir with 20% being Chardonnay and Meunier from all vineyards located in A, Mareuil sur A and Dizy. The Cuve is composed of 50% wine from the 2021 vintage and the remaining 60% from vin de rserve (perpetual reserve from the 2004 to 2019 vintage). All fermented with indigenous yeasts in barrel. No dosage.
