Tsiakkas Winery Mouklos, Pitsilia, 2022, Cyprus Chateau de Sales Composed of 94% Semillon andMouklos is made with 80 year old vine Mavro grapes, Mavro is indigenous to the island of Cyprus. Vibrant, medium garnet colour. Aromas of strawberries, wild cherries, kirsch, rose petals and cinnamon. Light and fruity with a refreshing mouthfeel and pleasant finish. It can be served slightly chilled, pairs well with pork.
