2023 Agnes Paquet, Pommard Les Combes Cote de Beaune, France Domaine du Bagnol virgin American oak casksHalf planted 1934 1937 and the other half in 2013 Terroir: From "Les Combes" at the border of Volnay and Pommard, clay dominant soil. Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert, 2022) Vinification: 25% whole cluster, 3 week ambient yeast fermentation in concrete tank with foot punch downs, aged for 12 months in used barrels (up to 15% new), blended and aged for an additional 2 months in tank.
