Large Butcher Basket - No Pork thanksgiving The class is 42 minutesOur large butcher basket is 22 pounds of meatperfect for a large household. It includes a mix of beef and lamb cuts: 6 7 lbs. of steaks and or chops, 10 11 lbs. of larger roasting and or braising cuts and 5 lbs. of ground meat. All the meat featured in our baskets comes from the whole animals that we source from within 150 miles of Berkeley. Meat is pasture raised, antibiotic and hormone free, and purchased directly from farmers and ranchers who are
