The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 7 months in large Slavenian oak barrels. The nose displays wonderful dried floral and fruit aromas complimented by soft leather and earthy notes. The palate is pure and vibrant with excellent freshness, balance and concentration of flavor. Enjoy with pasta dishes with hearty sauces.
