2024 Vin Noe Bourgogne Rouge 'Gueule d'Amour', Burgundy, France Lillet A pomaceous100% pinot noir coming from two parcels. 23 of the fruit is from Mellecly, which lies within the Mercurey appellation and sees shallow red clay soils on limestone. The remaining 13 is from Saint Mard de Vaux, which sees granitic clay soils. Average vine age is 35 years. Fruit sees semi carbonic fermentation in a single, 3500L vat. Juice ages for 8 months in old oak barrels. No added s02. This wine is pre arrival and lands mid late april
