2024 Azienda Vinicola Biscaris Frappato Rosato Terre Siciliane IGT Alvaro Castro between Meursault and VolnayA pure, sun soaked rosato from organically farmed Frappato grown on Sicilys famed terre rosse soils in Acate. Fermented with native yeast and aged in stainless steel, its bright and liftedpink citrus, watermelon rind, wild herbswith a gentle saline finish that reflects its proximity to the coast. A totally unfussy, deeply refreshing bottle from one of Cerasuolos most quietly compelling estates. 12% ABV. Limited.
