2020 Domaine Jacques & Nathalie Saumaize, Macon-Vergisson Sur la Roche, Maconnais, France Rioja The 20% of local redPale gold. Subtle aromas of honey and trace minerals. Rich, yet dry and fresh on the palate, with streaks of sharp green apple and lemon zest. No oak. Excellent length on the finish.
