The honeyberry (also known as haskap berry) is a big and flavorful up and comer, especially in the Northern parts of the country, because of its ability to thrive in cooler climes. The Kawai Honeyberry is a strong grower that ripens very early. Long, blocky berry has a nice sweet tart flavor. It's also a great pollinator for Maxine's Opus.
