Description
The vines are farmed regeneratively
this outstanding vineyard has been part of the Heitz estate and produces one of our three
back to 1093 and viticulture all the way back to the Romans
a wine that tells the story of a time in winemaking history that is long past
and Lignier’s rendering of this cru seems to capture this complexity in its endlessly layered mineral core
