These vintage conditions allowed for the patient development of fruit and tannin, creating the elegant style for which Heitz Cellar is renowned. In this wine, we see timeless characteristics of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, such as soft black and red fruits, cedar, and sandalwood, supported by herbs de Provence.
