the whisky is filled into used barrels and matured for another few months
we needed relief after a long night of service
2019 Anne Et Jean-Francois Ganevat, Cotes Du Jura Savagnin 'Montferrand', Jura, France Massican 2015 Edmunds StMontferrand is made from Savagnin, from old vines planted on a terroir of Marnes du Lias and Marnes iridescent. It was vinified Ouill (topped up) for more than 2 years. 1 btl max per customer.
