Lycoris rosea Glenn Dale Gem Carnivorous plants (syn: Baptisia australis varLycoris 'Glenn Dale Gem' is another of our 2014 surprise lily introductions from Margot Williams' 1970s USDA breeding program, where she crossed Lycoris radiata var. pumila with Lycoris x haywardii. Lycoris 'Glenn Dale Gem' produces lovely soft pink flowers with blue tips atop 18" tall nekkid stems in mid August (NC). Quantities are very limited.
