2019 Chateau Haut-Brion, Pessac-Leognan, France Veyder-Malberg Variety: Cabernet FrancCrafted from the estate's deep gravel and clay limestone soils in Pessac, this vintage comprises 49% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Cabernet Franc. Each parcel underwent meticulous sorting and separate vinification with indigenous yeasts. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels, 79% of which were new, before bottling in May 2021.
