Reisetbauer Apricot Eau De Vie (375ml) modified_title_tag 100% Pinot Noir from "LesFrom the importer: It is far too rainy in Axberg to grow apricots for this eau de vie, so Hans enlisted the help of his best friend and esteemed wine producer, Bernhard Ott. The apricots are harvested in July and the pits are immediately removed before a fermentation that lasts 810 days. It takes 15 kg of apricots to produce one liter of this elegant distillate. 42% ABV
