2025 Las Pedreras 'Linarejos' Albillo, Sierra de Gredos, Spain Jess Miller well-exposed site with heavy clay100 + year old vineyard of Albillo Real near the village of Cebreros. Albillo Real is the Gredos variety of Albillo which is different from Albillo Mayor in Ribera and elsewhere. 3 days of skin contact and fermented in used 225 l barrels. Albillo Real can be opulent and rich so to give it drier, energentic and longer finish they add a dash of Manzanilla. This mimics the idea behind CVNE's famous white Rioja Monopole.
