Almost nobody outside Switzerland has tasted one, largely because the Swiss cheerfully drink the entire supply themselves. Beudon's version comes from a biodynamic estate perched on granite halfway up a sheer mountainside above Fully, reachable only by a rustic private cable car or a three hour hike with fixed ropes; vines climb toward 900 meters,
