Foppiano's legacy is built on many levels of dedication over 130 years, since Giovanni Foppiano arrived to California from Genoa, Italy in 1855 via New York looking for the gold. Shortly after arriving Giovanni purchased a working winery known as Riverside Farm in Healdsburg and established the Foppiano Wine Company. The winery survived prohibition, but not without
