Description
The vineyard was planted in 1980
It results from the blending of grands crus from the classified Côte des Blancs vineyards (Chardonnay) and the Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir)
Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt
light settling before transfer to larger oak foudres and barrels (up to 10% new oak) for indigenous yeast fermentation
Harvest (manual) normally occurs in mid-September
