Flurry of Chickens, Beautiful Old Snaphot Photo underglaze blue the color on this isThough with face is pretty much entirely obfuscated by the flurry, looks to me like the human here is holding a bucket of feed, and likely has some in their cupped and extended hand too. Having spent a couple of years on a farm feeding chickens and other farm animals (goats are the craziest!), I think there is really nothing else quite like that moment of arriving with food for the flock for me, always a heart racing mix of panic and pleasure as one
