Description
There is good punch to the fleshy midpalate of the medium-bodied flavors that possess a slightly dusty and mildly edgy but not really austere finish that is notably shorter than it usually is
It was aged for 20 months in wood and comes in with 102 grams of residual sugar
you need to swirl the glass like crazy to get something out of it
torrefaction
indeed it is presently almost strict
Jean-Claude Bachelet, Chassagne Montrachet Boudriotte Blanc other_regions_australia There is good punch to(from 60+ year old vines in Les Chaumes). Discreet wood frames the ripe aromas of rosemary oil, white peach and again a whiff of petrol character. The medium weight flavors are not quite as dense yet theyre even more powerful while concluding in a wonderfully long and sappy if borderline tannic finale that flirts with rusticity. This wont win any awards for refinement but its really quite good.
