I really have no idea of its age but it definitely has some

with an early incarnation of the lettering still visible under the current hand-painted version

1930s I believe

Though neither dated nor numbered

so am selling them together

Hand-thrown Earthy Stoneware Tumblers - Set of 4 kenyan I really have no ideaI think it's pretty hard to beat a kitchen stocked with earthy speckled stoneware, which I at least associate strongly with the 1970s and feel somehow both more healthy and more interesting eating on and drinking from! These tumblers feel great to hold, and I would use them from morning to night (coffee to tea to wine to toddy), plus as each is a bit different, everyone in a family of up to four could claim their own! Really lovely, and just good.
