I've been loving lots of trompe l'oeil tree bark looking things

and that this vessel was made using a mold

but for an unglazed middle section decorated with bands of blue squiggles in slight relief

I am not entirely sure if the "blade" was meant to be a letter opener or knife or what not, but these moccasins are just fantastic! The carving itself is great, and then the shoes have been painted with a terrific amount of detail: patterns of stripes, triangles, dots on the tops, and then a series of "M"s around the sides.
