Colored Pencil and Gouache on Board 1974 Rendering of Liggett Group Jet handmade pottery fish perhaps watching fish swimming byThis is the second of two vintage gouache and colored pencil renderings of corporate jets that I found together, which I'd assume, based on the logo painted on the tail, were owned by the Liggett Group a Durham, NC headquartered tobacco company (Chesterfields, etc), which in the mid 70s changed its name from Liggett & Myers to The Liggett Group. The rendering (which I purchased in its original ugly frame, with the stamp of a Cary, NC framer on back)
