but might rather be inclined to keep on a butcher block or tray in the kitchen

Deming is impressed on the rear side of the sculpture

It came from the collection of artist Richard Fleischner

And made even better by the warning on the first page

I can't quite tell if the man in this one with club (or giant vegetable???) raised as if to clobber this giant folk art snake is the same as the one riding a mechanical pony in another but certainly they share the spirit of adventure! Roadside attraction or large folk art environment, I have no idea, but I'm glad this
