Lovely Pair of 19th Century Treen Boxes with Paint Decorated, Threaded Lids quilt which I know was found

which I know was found in Minneapolis

and and couple of shades of gray

and I must say it is pretty pure pleasure going through them

all of a piece with it

Lovely Pair of 19th Century Treen Boxes with Paint Decorated, Threaded Lids quilt which I know was foundThese I am fairly certain are British, hand painted blonde wood, with threaded tops, mid 19th century or perhaps a bit earlier I believe. Lovely things, in lovely condition, useful for all sorts of things. Each 1 3 4" d x 1 3 4" t. Sold as a pair. A few small nicks around the bottom edges of the tops and general light wear; overall very good condition.
