This is an interesting wine at present as the nose is open yet the palate impression is compact and quite closed
The wine is soft and textured with mild acidity
chalky tannins that need a few more years of bottle age
My sense is that this will fill out with a few years of bottle age as the tannins subside
What stands out is the incredibly complex bouquet of olives
