which I believe this is

and a few front pages have small folds in the corners

dividing a sphere into 2 then 3

I might guess, though, that they were made by two different people, as the other is rather more carefully, delicately carved and painted. Or, perhaps, this one came first and the other later as the maker refined their carving skills. I like them both in different ways, this one because it feels less about the hunting dog's
