This too should drink well on the early side while being able to repay a few years of cellaring
leaving notes of dark berry liqueur and allspice behind
and the winter following the bottling (it was bottled in May 2017 at the same time as the Laurel) is when they tend to show closed
This is a very serious example of the appellation that is a bit less refined than one might normally expect though there is no rusticity
