Lovely Small Carved Swan with Rotating Neck Signed darning sampler 6 7/8” x 9 1/2”It is particularly the very elongated, undulating form of this swan's head and beak that really makes it special to me, giving it a sense of kinship with my favorite root head decoys. I also like that the neck was done as a separate piece, allowing this swan to crane its neck in various directions!
