A beautiful bouquet of spice and honey with gentle notes of vanilla coming out to provide for a smooth finish. Distilled from a mash of 70% Corn, 25% Rye and 5% Barley. Aged a minimum of 5 years in new charred American Oak barrels at 90 proof.
