Sulauze Galinette Blanc Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence 2017 CORTESE it is warm and charming70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Ugni Blanc, 10% Clairette, 10% Vermentino. These grapes are co fermented and raised in stainless steel tanks except for a small measure which is raised in neutral barrel. So much freshness and roundness with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and sea minerals.
