It reminds me a bit of the (much larger and bronze)) sculptures of Marino Marini

Here it appears the blue was painted over an earlier coat of red

with red ink used for  highlights in equations

Rhinos do look a lot like dinos, so I think one can call it whatever one likes, and certainly it's blue paint facilitates make believe!
