Jean-Paul Droin, Chablis Valmur Size:6x750ml It is fresh(from recently replanted vines totaling 1. 04 ha; aged in 50% wood but only a small percentage is new). A background dollop of wood surrounds pungent aromas of mineral reduction, petrol and green fruit. The spicy flavors dont possess quite the same mid palate concentration though there is still plenty of punch and muscle on the sneaky long and nicely complex finale. (91 93) 2026+
