On the palate some black tea, orange and eastern spice notes. A side project of the incredible yet humble winemaker, Andrea Cortonesi of Uccelleria. Incredibly complex for a young wine. Sangiovese. Fermented in Stainless Steel then matured in large oak casks. Montalcino, Italy
