Antique Shaker Nail Found by David Malcolm at Shaker Lebanon Village fraction teaching beginning in the late 19thIt makes me happy to imagine young David Malcom finding this Shaker nail on a visit to Shaker Lebanon Village when he was a student and thinking it quite a special prize, worthy of making a label for and writing the story of its discovery on a card not once but twice. The hand forged large nail itself of course is beautiful, but it is the combo of nail and card that makes it for me. Nail measures 3 1 8" l x 15 16" across at head. Card, missing a
